Refunds & Cancellations
We understand your plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances or events. In this case we endeavour to be fair and understanding. This page covers our cancellations and refund policies for services such as one to one sessions, workshops and tailored programmes.
SERVICES INCLUDING ONE TO ONE SESSIONS
You can cancel your booking for a one to one energy session up to 7 days prior to the agreed consultation date for a full refund.
Cancellations within 7 days may incur an administration charge. Please contact us by email at email@example.com in the first instance.
EVENTS INCLUDING WORKSHOPS AND TAILORED PROGRAMMES
Where a booking is for a workshop or tailored programme, please check the specific refund terms for each event, which may vary. Typically there is a sliding scale of refunds based on how close it is to the event. Inevitably where we have incurred external reservation costs or internal administration costs, these will be deducted from your refund.
If no specific refund terms are listed for the event, our refund policy is:
- Cancellations with more than 30 days before the event – 100% refund
- Cancellations with between 29 days and 14 days before the event – 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 14 days before the event – no refund, however, we will attempt to find an alternative client for your booking in which case a refund will be given less any administration costs.
In most cases, you may transfer a booking for a one to one session or workshop to another person. However, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance to discuss.
